4u Homes mission is as follows building high quality homes where the intrinsic value is over 90% of the final selling price. This is one of the highest in the industry. Our vision is more about finding the right buyer who will experience the ultimate satisfaction of owning one of our homes. Our philosophy is to fix our prices at a level that provides a small profit for us to reflect the dedication, expertise and effort extolled.

Each one of our homes is unique. Our homes are located on historic sites. They follow thoroughly all planning regulations and are meticulously built. Indeed we spend longer than the average builder because it is our desire to have our homes standing in 150 years time not 15 years time. This means we don’t engage in cheap building practices.

We build the homes and sell them ourselves we don’t use estate agents. We actively profile the right candidate. Our overwhelming desire is to house the right people in the right house. We want you to feel at home for the next 30 years.

We believe that right now is an ideal time to buy. The current market is so depressed that there are only a small number of genuine buyers and on the flip-side only a small number of genuine sellers.
